Our aerobic/strength circuit is considered the most innovative and flexible one in existence in are opinion of course. It focuses on practical progress for seniors through balancing, motor skills, range of motion, cardiovascular fitness, endurance, core strength, reaction times, mobility and flexibility. Our circuit is accessible for those with Multiple Sclerosis, Heart Disease, COPD, Parkinson's, and Stroke Recovery. Members can work towards everyday goals such as walking more easily, improving posture, reducing fall risk, and feeling more capable in their daily routine.
